Patient was kept intubated and leter tracheostomised on 21/6 CECT THORAX was s/o bilateral basal atelectasis , pneumonitis COLOUR DOPPLER was s/o extensive lower limb DVT Pt was admitted to columbia asia under Dr. raj soni. hemodialysis done for first 3 days by Dr. KAMAL GOPLANI(naphrologist) for prevent pulmonary embolism by DVT, IVC FILTER deployed on 6/7/15 by Dr. KAMAL SHARMA (cardiologist) initially Tazobactum and moxifloxacin was started, antifungal Inj. Caspofungin added as fungal load was high in urine culture. pt was in ICU for a month with tracheostomy under dr bhavesh shah(Intensive Car) n dr harshil shah neurosurgeon. on culture of tracheostomy he was detect with MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) was treated by teicoplanin 400mg antibiotic patients was discharge from columbia asia with concious hemodynamic stable condition with trecheostomy, RT n urine cathether after long physiotherapy he is able to walk yet to be improve but right now he is doing well it's miracle of god but more than effort by Dr. harshil shah dr, kamal goplani, dr kamal sharma, dr bhavesh shah, dr varun, dr soma bose also icu staff of columbia asia due to all he got new life for me it's emotional case because fazal is my childhood friend he is like my family and I am very happy to make him smile again
